As a compassionate and outstanding philanthropist, Dr. Mrs. Titilope Victoria Oguntade Oladele has dedicated her life to supporting individuals, groups, and communities, particularly in her hometown of Ibarapa, Oyo State. As the founder and Global President of TOOL Community Development Initiative, a non-governmental organization, she has been a beacon of hope and empowerment. With a heart dedicated to uplifting others, Dr. Oguntade envisioned an organization that would bridge the gap for those facing challenges in education, empowerment, and community development. Her passion for making a meaningful impact has driven the creation of the TOOL Initiative. Dr. Mrs Victoria Oguntade Oladele’s humanitarian services have earned her numerous awards, including: - Humanitarian Award of the Year at the 2024 Pacesetter Entertainment & Recognition Award - Most Outstanding Humanitarian and Entrepreneur Guru of the Year at the 2024 Ogo Yoruba Awards - Special Recognition Award at the Eruwa Youth Award program Through her selfless work, Dr. Oguntade continues to inspire and empower communities, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of many.
